NIKKOL LECINOL® MFL: a neurocosmetic approach to regulating skin sensitivity

Product HighlightBeauty & Personal Care

Targeting the skin–nerve connection to support sensitive skin and barrier resilience

Why choose NIKKOL LECINOL® MFL?

Skin sensitivity goes beyond a weakened barrier. Altered cutaneous innervation and excessive nerve fibre elongation can contribute to heightened skin reactivity, discomfort and itch.
NIKKOL LECINOL® MFL is a multifunctional lysolecithin containing lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) as its active component. Its distinctive neurocosmetic approach targets cutaneous nerve regulation, while simultaneously strengthening the skin barrier.

INCI: Lysolecithin

Key benefits

  • Neurocosmetic action helping reduce skin sensitivity and reactivity by supporting the regulation of cutaneous innervation
  • Strengthens the skin barrier by promoting epidermal differentiation (keratinocyte cells maturation) and supporting ceramide synthesis
  • Helps reduce inflammation associated with external stimuli
  • Improves hydration, TEWL, redness and skin roughness

How to use in formulation

  • Recommended use level: 0.1-0.2%
