PHYTROX ROSEMARY P6-RA is a natural water soluble rosemary extract meant for food applications. It contains min. 6.0% rosmarinic acid and has a maximum water activity of 0.65. PHYTROX ROSEMARY P6-RA can be used in meat products, soups, potato products, vegetable juices, soft drinks, emulsions and similar food products. It provides antioxidant benefits and helps preserve quality in food products. PHYTROX ROSEMARY P6-RA is soluble in water and has a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly. It is suitable for vegans and certified halal and kosher.
