DEMINAL 90 is a demineralised whey powder ideal for food applications. As a demineralised whey powder, DEMINAL 90 contains low levels of minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium making it suitable for use in various food products where strict mineral specifications are required. DEMINAL 90 contains around 83% lactose and 13% protein making it a rich source of lactose and proteins. It can be used as a functional ingredient to add lactose and proteins in food formulations. Being a demineralised whey powder with low mineral levels, DEMINAL 90 allows food manufacturers to carefully control the mineral composition in their end products. DEMINAL 90 is tested to meet high microbiological standards suitable for direct addition in foods without any further processing.
